AI Services We Use
PUXI integrates with the following third-party AI service provider:
OpenAI API (ChatGPT)
Provider: OpenAI, L.L.C.
Purpose: PUXI uses the OpenAI API to power its AI assistant (chatbot) feature. This feature helps customers of our partner salons find available time slots, get answers to common questions, and make reservations through a conversational interface.
Data processed: When a user interacts with the AI chatbot, the content of the conversation (messages entered by the user) is sent to OpenAI's API to generate responses. No sensitive personal data beyond what the user voluntarily provides in the chat is transmitted.

How We Use AI Responsibly
- AI-generated responses are used to assist users, not to make final decisions on their behalf.
- Users are always able to complete reservations without using the AI chatbot feature.
- We do not use AI to profile users or make automated decisions with legal or significant effects.
- Data sent to AI services is limited to the minimum necessary to fulfil the requested function.
