This page explains how we handle the personal data you share with us when downloading the e-book on www.getpuxi.cz.

Data controller

The data controller is Puxi s.r.o. You can reach us at support@getpuxi.cz.

What we collect

• email address,
• locale of the form you submitted,
• timestamp of your consent,
• optional UTM parameters of the link you came from.

Purpose

• deliver the requested e-book to your inbox,
• send related marketing communications about Puxi (Phase 2 — not active yet).

Legal basis

Your explicit consent given by ticking the checkbox on the form you submitted (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Processors

• Resend (US, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses) — for email delivery.
• AWS S3 (EU) — for storing the PDF file of the e-book.
• Neon Postgres (EU) — for storing the lead record.

Retention

We keep your data for 24 months after your last interaction. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to support@getpuxi.cz — we typically respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you believe we are handling your data unlawfully, you may file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz/en).
