The PUXI story

PUXI wasn't born over coffee.
It was born in our salon.

Every day, real operations, clients, reservations, cancellations, empty slots in the calendar, and lost opportunities. Out of that came a system that today helps thousands of business owners do their work more easily.

How it started

Year 2022. The first HotSpot salon.

First clients, first reservations, first reality check. And the first realization that something wasn't working.

What bothered us

Systems that were supposed to help, but slowed us down in practice.

Complicated, confusing, and full of limits. Instead of solutions, they brought more headaches.

Nobody was listening

Our feedback was ignored. The bugs stayed.

We wrote, we called, we suggested. The result? Nothing.

So we built it ourselves

Two years of notes, mistakes, client wishes, and staff needs.

Real operations 7 days a week. Thousands of notes. Hundreds of improvements. And one goal — a system that makes sense.
